In loving memory of Rachel Jane Cowley. A loving Daughter, Sister, Auntie and Friend whose warmth, laughter, and unwavering friendship illuminated our lives. Though cancer claimed her physical presence, her spirit continues to guide and inspire us.
Rach was more than just a friend; she was a beacon of strength and compassion. In times of joy, she celebrated with us wholeheartedly, and in moments of sorrow, she offered comfort without hesitation.
Throughout her battle with cancer, Rach faced each day with remarkable courage and resilience. She taught us the true meaning of bravery, showing us that even in the darkest of times, love and hope can prevail.
The memories we shared with Rach are treasures we will forever hold dear. From late-night conversations to spontaneous adventures, she enriched our lives in countless ways.
Though Rach may no longer walk beside us, her spirit remains a guiding light in our hearts. We honor her memory by living each day with the same kindness, courage, and zest for life that she embodied.
Rest peacefully, my beautiful friend. Your light will continue to shine brightly through the lives you've touched, forever remembered, and deeply missed.

Thoughts
I still can't quite believe you've gone. Our friendship was so unexpected, yet grew to be a real joy to me.
My favourite memory is taking you to see Rocky Horror. You were determined to come, I wasn't sure you'd enjoy it. I asked you in the interval what you thought and your answer said everything "it's like the best party ever"
Sometimes those of us left behind can't understand the "whys". I hope you've found peace, and know how much difference you made to my life.

I’m soo unbelievably sad to have learnt of your passing! I wish I could have reminisced with you but respect you chose to be private. You were a big part of my life as kids and a best friend. You even came to France to see my family. Even though we grew apart after college whenever I bumped in to you or remembered you I did so with a big smile. You were nothing but loving, gentle, kind and soo beautiful. I truly hope you’re flying high and at peace. Sending you and everyone that knew you and loved you all the hugs in the world. It’s not fair and you will be missed xx
